Club Meetings

We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, except January.

May through September, we meet at the pavilions at Bear Creek Regional Park.

Starting at 6 p.m. we provide food (Burgers, hotdogs, and whatever our members bring to share).

October through April, we meet at various locations. Please look at the Events page on our Public Facebook page for details.

Most people show up around 6 p.m. to order food and chat.

The club meetings start promptly at 7 p.m., and generally lasts an hour or less.

We discuss club business, land use updates, recent and upcoming trail runs, and we almost always have a raffle!

Prospective members are encouraged to simply show up and introduce yourself. You will be welcomed! Many of our members started this way as strangers, and quickly became part of our family.

Special Events

We do several special events every year. Meet & Greets, out of state trips, trail maintenance and clean up days... We even join a parade now and again.

We are planning on having several "Meet & Greet" events over 2025, starting in late May. They are a great way to come out and meet the group, get to know us, talk about what trail runs we've done, and what we have coming up. Come find out what we're about!

When we do them, Meet & Greets will generally be on Sundays from 11-2pm. We provide food (Burgers, hotdogs, etc.)

Another very important special event we do several times a year are the trail maintenance days on the trail we sponsor, "China Wall" outside of Tarryall, CO.

Our Land Use Manager coordinates these events, quite often directly with the Forest Service, so that we are working cooperatively towards the best stewardship of the trail system.

We also have a couple big runs we do every year. Sometimes they're just long weekends, sometimes the whole week!

Almost every year we spend the second weekend of August playing on the trails around Buena Vista, CO. We also often go to Moab, UT (usually once or twice a year). Sometimes we even go all the way out to California as a group to run trails like The Rubicon and Dusy- Ershim!
