About Us
We are a 4 wheel drive club based out of Colorado Springs, CO
We have regular trips throughout Colorado, special trips to Utah, and even some out to California... where ever the 4 wheeling bug takes us.
So whether you drive a Jeep, Toyota, Land Rover… whatever, you're welcome here. If you like easy scenic trails or hard rock crawling… we do it. We’ve even been known to have some fun on the pavement.
We are involved with the community and the environment. We sponsor the "China Wall" trail, and work cooperatively with the Forest Service on improvements and plans.
So if you’re looking for a fun, family oriented club, come to a meeting and check us out!
We meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, except January.
May through September, we meet at the pavilions at Bear Creek Regional Park.
Starting at 6 p.m. we provide food (Burgers, hotdogs, and whatever our members bring to share).
October through April, we meet at various locations. Please look at the Events page on our Public Facebook page for details.
Most people show up around 6 p.m. to order food and chat.
The club meetings start promptly at 7 p.m., and generally lasts an hour or less.
We discuss club business, land use updates, recent and upcoming trail runs, and we almost always have a raffle!
Prospective members are encouraged to simply show up and introduce yourself. You will be welcomed! Many of our members started this way as strangers, and quickly became part of our family.
Are you interested in becoming a member?
We have two levels from membership: Associate and Full Member.
To become an associate member (applicant), fill out an application and bring it to your first meeting or trail run. It's that easy.
To become a full member, you must be voted in by the club membership and meet the following criteria:
- Be an associate member for a minimum of six months.
- Participate in at least two club sanctioned trail runs.
- Attend a minimum of two club meetings.
The requirements are to allow the club members to get to know you, make sure you will uphold the club values, and be an asset to the club. Only full members are allowed to vote at club meetings and to hold club officer and board member positions.
Full membership dues are $65.25 annually, and include a Colorado Off Highway Vehicle (OHV) sticker for that year. Dues are payable by cash or check. (Online payment method coming soon...)
Our fiscal year starts on April 1st each year. Dues are normally collected at the March meeting. To remain a member, you must pay your club dues by the last day of April each year.
If you have any questions regarding these rules, or wish to know more, please reach out to us!
