Another fabulous trip to Moab.  The weather in the 80’s and 90’s everyday, a few clouds, but no rain.  Perfect for wheeling.

Day 1 of the trip we started out on Gemini Bridges trail, and explored a couple of the spurs. We started with Surprise overlook. Simply WOW. This was stunning.

Next we took the Bull Canyon spur.  There we took a short hike which took us to a point where we could view Gemini Bridges from the bottom.  Another spectacular view.

Next we took the more difficult Dry Fork of Bull Canyon.  This canyon is less traveled, but equally as beautiful.

Our final stop this day was the top view of Gemini Bridges.  HERE is a link to additional pictures from these trails.

Day 2 of the trip started with a quick stop at the golf course to view some rock art, then we headed out for Steel Bender.

Day 3 of the trip, club members had a day to explore Moab. Some golfed, some visited the nearby national parks or museums.

Day 4 of the trip, the club had a long day running what some call the Triple Threat (Poison Spider Mesa, Golden Spike and Gold Bar Rim).

Although it was a very long day, fun was had by all.  HERE is a link to additional pictures from these trails.

Day 4 of the trip was a scorcher, with temperatures will into the 90’s.  We ran a couple of easier trails today, Hurrah Pass and Chicken Corners with a side trip to the catacombs.
