Winter is generally a quieter time for the Colorado Four Wheelers.  Many of our favorite high country trails are covered in snow and so we keep busy with our families often enjoying some of some of our other hobbies.   Occasionally though,  weather permitting we will schedule a trail run.  Watch out calendar and/or Facebook for last minute trips.  For those that don’t use Facebook, our home page does have a Facebook feed so you can always check there for the latest news from Facebook.

For those looking for other ways to get involved in the 4-wheeling community during the winter here are just a few ideas.

  • Christmas For Kids (more info HERE)
  • Colorado Four-wheel Emergency Assistance Team (more info HERE)
  • Annual AdAmAn New Years Eve Pickup.  HERE is a link to post about last year’s event. Information for this year’s event has been posted on the Club Member Facebook Group Page.

And below is a quick list of our early 2017 meetings held at the restaurant at the Valley Hi Golf Course.  During the winter months we take care of some important club business including electing members to the Board Member and Officer positions.  We also take this time to start planning our club trail runs.  If you have a particular trail you would like to see added to the calendar, join us for one (or more) of our winter meetings and help get the ideas turned into reality.
